Students’ international conference “cerc
23-25 April 2019

Since 1990 the Military Technical Academy “Ferdinand I” has organized every year a scientific event for students: the Student’s International Conference “CERC”.
The 2019 edition of the Students’ International Conference CERC is organized in partnership with:
– “Politehnica” University  of Bucharest, Romania;
 IUT “Paul Sabatier” of Toulouse, France;
– Military University of Technology from Warsaw, Poland;
This conference  is based on the scientific circles organized by the teachers in order for students to broaden their knowledge and gain practical experience in various scientific fields.
“CERC” creates the framework for a fruitful exchange of ideas and scientific information between military and civil students from Romania and abroad.

March 15, 2019 April 01, 2019: Deadline for abstract submission;

April 05, 2019: Notification of acceptance ;

April 23-25, 2019: CERC 2019 Student’s International Conference;

April 20, 2019 May 20, 2019: Deadline for final version in order to be included in Conference Proceedings.

The abstract (max. 150 words) will be sent by 15.03.2019.

The full paper should be sent by 20.04.2019. Please use the template for the full paper format.

The submission and review of papers for the CERC 2019 will be managed through an online conference paper management system called EasyChair. This system gives you, as an author, complete control over your submission for any conference that uses EasyChair.

As regards CERC 2019, you may upload your extended abstract, check on the review status of your submission, resubmit it, if necessary, after revisions suggested by your reviewers, and update your information.

This guide is intended to explain the submission process. It has the following steps:
1. Set up an account as an author (if you have not one already)
2. Log in to your EasyChair account
3. Visit CERC 2019 page with EasyChair
4. Make a submission

For more information on the conference, please contact us.
