GENERAL INFORMATION
Staff Teaching Mobility (STA)
Staff Teaching Mobility allows teachers from higher education institutions or enterprise personnel to teach in a higher education institution based on inter-institutional agreements between partners holding Erasmus + Higher Education Charter (ECHE).
Staff Training Mobility (STT)
Staff Training Mobility of the university staff supports the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff in higher education institutions in the form of training events abroad (except for conferences) and periods of direct observation at the workplace / training in a partner higher education institution or another relevant foreign organization.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
I. SELECTION
– The Erasmus + Institutional Coordinator launches the call for applications;
– Candidates submit the application file electronically to the Erasmus + Institutional Coordinator (erasmus@mta.ro);
– Candidates submit a completed and signed application files to the Erasmus and International Relations Office.
II. PREPARING THE MOBILITY PARTICIPATION FILES
– Contacting the host institution;
– Solving the accommodation / transport issues;
– Drawing up the Learning Agreement for Teaching / for Training;
– Establishing further details on mobility;
III. MOBILITY PARTICIPATION FILES
– Staff complete and submit a mobility application files to the Erasmus+ and International Relations Office.
IV. BEFORE MOBILITY
– Receiving approval to participate in mobility;
– Erasmus + Mobility Instruction of the mobility;
– Announcement of the Erasmus + Institutional Coordinator about the flight Information.
V. AFTER MOBILITY
– Staff Teaching / Training Agreements and Certificate of stay;
– Return to MTA on time;
– Complete the final report provided by the European Commission;
– Bringing mobility documents to the Erasmus+ and International Relations Office:
– Boarding pass;
– Staff Training / Teaching Agreement and Certificate of Stay;
– Results and conclusions for the mission report;
– Informal report on Erasmus + mobility .
