The objective of the „Book of Abstracts. Student’s International Conference „CERC”” is to disseminate the scientific research results obtained by students under the coordination of their teachers within the scientific circles and presented at the Students’ International Conference „CERC”, organized by Military Technical Academy “Ferdinand I”, Bucharest, Romania in partnership with Military University of Technology from Warsaw, Poland, “Vasil Levski” National Military University Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria, IUT “Paul Sabatier” of Toulouse, France and “Politehnica” University of Bucharest, Romania.
This Journal is based on the Students’ International Conference „CERC”, an annual event organized in order to encourage the exchange of knowledge between military and civilian students from Romania and abroad and to create the context for interaction which will help in understanding the new needs and trends in the emerging field of technical engineering for defence and security. The team of teachers from the technical committees ensure that the articles quality standards are met.
The abstracts of the scientific papers presented at the Student’s International Conferences „CERC” have been published since 2018 in the Book of Abstracts, in online format: ISSN: 2601-7989, ISSN-L: 2601-7989.
PEER REVIEW
Abstracts are subjected to prior evaluation and approval by the scientific committee of the Students’ International Conference. The submitted abstracts are independently evaluated by minimum two reviewers, members of the scientific committee of the Students’ International Conference. Each abstract is reviewed with regard to: the scientific level, topicality, originality, the validity of the conclusions, the impact in the respective field, the relevance of the cited references. The approved abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts. Students’ International Conference (ISSN 2601-7989, ISSN-L 2601-7989), published after conference.
PUBLICATION ETHICS
The abstracts submitted to the Book of Abstracts. Students’ International Conference must be original and not previously published in any journals. The authors are responsible for their research and for the results described in their abstract; the authors attest and guarantee the originality of their work and the fact that they do not plagiarize or infringe the copyright of anyone. If the abstract is a joint work of several authors (co-authors), the author who submits the article declares that any person named as author (co-author) of the article is aware of the requirements of this agreement and has agreed to being so named.

INSTRUCŢIUNI PENTRU AUTORI
The guidelines for the preparation of the camera-ready abstracts is presented in the following TEMPLATE.
The structure of the abstract is: Introduction, Methods and Results, Conclusions, Acknowledgements, Keywords and References. Use a one column format, with the title and author information centered.
The format of the page is A4 size (210 mm wide by 297 mm long), having the following page setup parameters: Top, Bottom, Left and Right: 2,5 cm. The indentation is 1 cm.
The maximum length of the abstract is one page.
The minimum length of the abstract is 15 lines.
The paper title should begin at the top edge of the page, centered, in Times New Roman font, bold type, in 12-point size, Spacing before 24pt.
The author’s name(s) appear below the title in Times New Roman font, regular type, in 12-point size.
The author’s affiliation(s) appear below the author’s name in Times New Roman font, italic type, in 10-point size, Spacing before and after 6pt. If the authors belong to different institutions they have to indicate their institution. Include a mailing address of the corresponding author.
All text should be in Times New Roman, and the main text should have a font-size of 12 points, without line spacing. Submit the final camera-ready copy of the abstract as pdf.
If necessary, figures and equations can be included as above. For the figure (Text Wrapping: in line with text or square) you should indicate the bibliographic references.
The References has to be written with Times New Roman, font-size 10 as is presented below (MLA formatting and style).

The submission and review of abstracts for the CERC Conference will be managed through an online conference paper management system called EASYCHAIR 2021. This system gives you, as an author, complete control over your submission for any conference that uses EasyChair.
